An Amusing Conundrum
Published December 31st, 2007If I shop at barnes&noble.com through my credit card rewards site, I get 25 points on the dollar (as opposed to 1 point per dollar). However, because I’m a B&N member, I can use their member card to get discounts. So I end up getting fewer points than I “should” be getting. I think the point basis should be on the retail price, not my member discount price, though I imagine the rewards company won’t see it that way….
