Finally, We Get to See Smaug!
Published December 18th, 2007Finally, the feud between Peter Jackson and MGM over The Hobbit has been solved. Jackson will be the executive producing the two Hobbit movies (thank god for 2 - fewer story cuts!) which will be filmed simultaneously. I’d prefer Jackson direct, for continuity, but this will have to do. I just hope they pick a good director and have good casting.
