Day 3: Misery
Published August 5th, 2007I hope this will be the worst day. I woke up with my eyes just on fire, feeling like sandpaper was rubbing all over them. I’ve been using my eye drops as much as is allowed, and spending most of the morning lying down with a cool, damp rag over my eyes. They feel pretty crummy today, its very aggravating. Feels like they’ve been rubbed raw, but whatever was the irritant is still there. Eye drops and a cool rag are my only recourse. My vision is pretty bad today too, stuff that was clear yesterday is no longer. I hope this is the worst of it. I really am envious of LASIK patients at this point, since they’d be pretty close to healed by now. I still have 4 days to go. Ugh.
Ick, sorry it’s feeling pretty crummy for you, but I’m sure this is probably the worst of it, and will all be uphill to perfect vision!
Although, umm, aren’t you not supposed to be looking at computer screens?
Presumably you are getting (have gotten) better…?
